How To Order

New Products

Complement Technology ships using FedEx Shipping Services.  However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of product due mishandling or delay by FedEx and associated parties (i.e  Customs, etc).

DOMESTIC Orders (USA): We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We charge a $70 packaging fee for all domestic orders (plus $50 for each additional box). We can use our FedEx account to prepay and add the FedEx charges to the Invoice or we can use the customer’s FedEx account.  Note: Email your company's current W-9 when placing the first order to start your company's account.

INTERNATIONAL Orders (outside the USA): We ship on Mondays only.  We charge International orders a $80 Packaging fee (plus $50 for each additional box). We prefer to use your FedEx account number for duties, customs clearance, and shipping expenses.  If you do not have an International FedEx account we can ship using our FedEx account to prepay and add the shipping charges to the Invoice, but the duties and customs charges must be paid/arranged by the customer (with FedEx/Customs) before the package will be released.  Payments to CompTech must be in US dollars paid by check, credit card, ACH deposit or Wire Transfer. CUSTOMERS WHO CHOOSE TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE CHARGED A WIRE TRANSFER FEE.

**UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS MUST INCLUDE VAT EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE (if VAT exempt)**

Cells and Buffers Orders: All cells and buffers are prepared fresh and shipped on Mondays. All orders for cells and buffers must be received by the preceding Friday.

CUSTOM FILLS: There is a 10% custom fill surcharge for all custom fills.

If you would like to obtain a Cost of Goods Quote online (Subtotal-without added fees)...Complete steps 1-3.  For a Formal Quote or more detailed quote including shipping estimate and other fees complete all 7 steps

2. Add all products to your cart by repeating step 1
3. Click CHECKOUT
4. Complete Customer Information
5. Complete Shipping and Billing Address
6. Click CONTINUE to review
7. Click SUBMIT REQUEST
