Payments accepted: Purchase Order (Terms - Net 30 days), or Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS) We will bill credit cards after shipping.
Orders for the USA: We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We charge a $30 Packaging fee (plus $15 for each additional box) for all domestic orders. We can use our FedEx account and prepay and add the FedEx charges to the Invoice or we can use the customer’s FedEx account.
Orders outside the USA: We charge International orders a $50 Packaging fee (plus $15 for each additional box). We prefer to use your FedEx account number for duties, customs clearance, and shipping expenses. If you do not have an International FedEx account we can ship using our FedEx account and prepay and add the shipping charges to the Invoice, but the duties and customs charges must be paid by the customer before the package will be released. Payments must be in US dollars paid by check, credit card or wire transfer. AS OF JAN. 01, 2017 CUSTOMERS WHO CHOOSE TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE CHARGED A WIRE TRANSFER FEE.

Cells and Buffers Orders: All cells and buffers are prepared fresh and shipped on Mondays. All orders for cells and buffers must be received by the preceding Friday.
